Shipping Policy

Here’s how shipping works with Vashista Jute Exports:

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via shiprocket.
Domestic shipping is available within India. International shipping may be available (if you do that)—shipping rates differ.

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic: Flat rate / calculated by weight / free above a certain order value.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, etc.

4. Delivery Time

Domestic: Typically 7-10 business days after dispatch.

5. Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available).
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photos.
For lost shipments, contact us; we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
