Refund and Returns Policy

Vashista Jute Exports wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Return
- You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
- To be eligible, product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products shown clearance / final sale.
- Custom / personalized items (if you offer these).
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or after a time beyond return period.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us by email at info@vashistajuteexports.com with order number, photos (if defect or damage), reason for return.
- We will send you instructions for returning.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover return shipping cost.
- Otherwise (change of mind), you may need to pay the return shipping.
5. Refund / Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process refund / exchange within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
6. Delays / Issues
- Refund may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
